my way or the highway

Your Thinking is Concrete and Random

You are naturally inquisitive and curious.

You're excited by new ideas, and you are a true independent thinker.

You are interested in what is possible. You like the process of discovery.

You are often experimenting, challenging old ideas, and inventing new concepts.

Rules, restrictions, and limit don't really work for you.

You have to do things your own way, and you can't be bothered to explain yourself.

Is there anybody out there besides me who is going to miss the celebrity apprentice?

Would it do you any good to come visit us? You know, you are welcome any time....All we have is a couch, but it comes with a Golden Retriever.

Think about it.

Uhhhhh no

DAYBREAK

There is a place
behind a cat’s ear
as sweet as summer
jasmine, as soft as
the satin purse of
a mink. I rest my
cheek there often,
listening to the syrup
of birdsong twisting
its silver threads
through the sky’s
orchid hair, as buds
of sunrise blossom
in apricot and
tangerine, and I
wonder about the
flaring water-music
of the wood thrush
and how many
levels of joy my
body can bear.

I’LL NEVER FORGET

that balmy day in August,
only an hour after sunrise,
when I opened the curtains
in the kitchen to watch a cat
rolling the black raft of her
body in wild grass, and
suddenly the skitter of four
tiny paws dashed out from
beneath the porch, and
then four more, both kittens
tumbling over their mother
like tawny leaves surfing
an autumn breeze, each a
calico tabby, mirror images
of a feral male lingering in
the neighborhood since last
winter, and it was there, while
standing beside the stove,
the sun painting the pinewoods
with a dandelion glaze, that
I realized I’d been adopted
by a new family of strays.

Nope.

Trump is an ass and his daughter is some sort of freak...

Hate him and his show.

This has been my first 'apprentice' show. I started watching it with Robert about halfway through. I loved the intro to the show the most. I also loved the hypocritical yet quirky stephen baldwin. I liked just about everyone for various individualistic reasons. Take Ivanka Trump for example. She's not just a rich, beautiful woman. There were several moments when she spoke up rather intelligently and forcefully. It was also quite obvious that she had a little crush on Trace, as I'm sure most women do, and the little telltale signs were very interesting.
I don't know Trump personally, but from the small snippets of him that I've seen, I can honestly say only positive things about him. I'm not sure I would judge a person before I personally met them. To me, that's like trying to sneak a peek into a piƱata before it's cracked open.
You must realize, though, that this is coming from a person who most enjoyed the intro to a warped and cheesy television show that beat ALL the way around the bush for charity.
